Real advised Altura with the acquisition of a 4,000 sqm elderly home under development in H\u00e4ssleholm from Novum Samh\u00e4llsfastigheter. The elderly home will comprise of approximately 60 apartments and will be finalised in late 2021. The transaction was completed during Q4 2019.<\/p>\n
Altura, part of NREP, owns, manages and develops community service facilities with a primary focus on elderly homes in the Nordic region. The properties are adapted for both end users and care operators with the latest technology and sustainable materials in order to reduce the environmental impact without sacrificing comfort. Altura develops long-term and will be the obvious partner for both public and private care operators. Currently, about twenty elderly homes are being developed in Sweden and Denmark.<\/p>\n
