The property in Upplands V\u00e4sby is developed with an elderly home with 40 apartments as well as a preschool for up to 100 children. The property in T\u00e4by is developed with a care home with 90 apartments. The transaction was completed during Q4 2020.<\/p>\n
Altura, part of NREP, owns, manages and develops community service facilities with a primary focus on elderly homes in the Nordic region. The properties are adapted for both end users and care operators with the latest technology and sustainable materials in order to reduce the environmental impact without sacrificing comfort. Altura develops long-term and will be the obvious partner for both public and private care operators. Currently, about twenty elderly homes are being developed in Sweden and Denmark.<\/p>\n
