The properties comprise of 1,415 sqm lettable area and approximately 2,000 sqm of land and a lettable area of 1,181 sqm and 2,800 sqm of land, respectively. During the ownership, Coeli will improve the properties. The total agreed property values were SEK 58,400,000. The transactions were completed during Q2 2020.<\/p>\n
