The lease with Bl\u00e5kl\u00e4der runs for 15 years, and the building will be environmentally certified to Breeam Excellent. Construction is scheduled to start in autumn 2026, with occupation planned for 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Logicenters is the modern logistics specialist owned by Urban Partners.
