REAL Advokatbyr\u00e5 has advised Urban Partners in connection with the divestment of the property Tv\u00e5len 4 on Stora Essingen in Stockholm.<\/p>\n

Urban Partners has, through the NSF III fund, entered into an agreement to sell the property to Torslanda Property Investment (TPI). Tv\u00e5len 4 comprises approximately 3,300 sqm of leasable office space. The property is located adjacent to the light rail line, providing convenient access to central Stockholm and the regional road network.<\/p>\n
