The property will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM Excellent.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction is Southbay&#8217;s sixth investment since its launch last year. Including ongoing development projects, the portfolio now comprises approximately 200,000 sqm of logistics space in strong geographical locations.<\/p>\n<p>Southbay is a partner-owned real estate
