The joint venture has completed two separate acquisitions in H\u00f6gan\u00e4s and Sigtuna respectively.<\/p>\n<p>One of the acquisitions comprises three residential projects in H\u00f6gan\u00e4s municipality with a total of 132 residential apartments. Of these, one project is completed whilst the other two are expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2027.<\/p>\n<p>The second acquisition concerns a new project in Sigtuna Stads\u00e4ngar with 91 residential apartments expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Together, the two acquisitions comprise 223 residential apartments with a total
