The properties are located in H\u00f6gdalen, Sollentuna, Upplands Bro, T\u00e4by, and central Uppsala, and comprises approximately 20,000 square metres of leasable area, focused on last mile and light industrial use.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisitions form the foundation of Enreal, a newly established company launched by Brunswick in partnership with the U.S. pension fund Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS). The company targets well-located assets with strong transport links and potential for enhanced sustainability performance.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding
