The buildings were completed in 2023 and offer a total leasable area of approximately 4,700\u202fsqm. The tenants are well established, with an average remaining lease term exceeding six years. Designed with high energy performance, the properties are set to be environmentally certified in line with South Bay\u2019s sustainability strategy.<\/p>\n<p>South Bay is a partner-owned real estate
