The buyer is KLP Eiendom, and closing is scheduled for early September 2025.\u00a0The purchase price was SEK 1,480 million.<\/p>\n<p>The property comprises approximately 10,000 sqm of lettable space and features flexible office layouts along with amenities such as a restaurant, fitness centre, car and bicycle parking, and conference facilities. It holds a BREEAM In-Use certification, which was upgraded to Excellent during Barings\u2019 ownership. All current tenants either signed new leases or extended existing agreements during that period.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained
