Real advised Nrep on their investment in Sehlhall Fastigheter, a transaction that enables the construction of at least 40 new care properties over the next five years. The investment, carried out via the Nordic Strategies Fund (NSF V), aims to establish Sweden’s leading developer and manager of elderly care properties with an underlying property value of approximately SEK 8 billion.<\/p>\n

The partnership between Nrep and Sehlhall Fastigheter creates favourable conditions to address growing societal needs and accelerate project implementation and growth. Sehlhall has already secured around twenty projects, which constitute a significant portion of the planned properties.<\/p>\n
