Through the collaboration, the parties will develop attractive and sustainable housing and elderly homes in some of Stockholm&#8217;s most sought-after areas. The first project that the parties are jointly launching is a retirement home in R\u00e5cksta, which is planned to start construction in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5ke Sundvall&#8217;s local presence and development experience, combined with Nrep&#8217;s execution power, provide the parties with opportunities to expand the collaboration to meet the ever-growing need for sustainable housing solutions in the Stockholm region. High sustainability requirements are set for all projects within the framework of the collaboration to meet the partners&#8217; high climate goals and shared ambitions.<\/p>\n<p>Nrep, founded in 2005, is a leading Nordic real estate investor and part of the investment platform Urban Partners. With a holistic and long-term approach, Nrep invests in selected real estate segments in the Nordic region and Northern Europe, with an emphasis on residential, logistics, community service properties and offices.
