Real has assisted South Bay in acquiring a logistics facility in the Hacksta area of V\u00e4ster\u00e5s.<\/p>\n

This acquisition establishes South Bay in an attractive logistics hub in the M\u00e4lardalen region, known for its excellent connections and strong sustainability profile. South Bay plans to fully utilize the building rights to construct a modern and sustainable logistics facility of approximately 25,000 sqm. A tenant has signed a long-term lease agreement for approximately half of the available space, with the remaining area available for lease after the summer of 2026. High sustainability goals have been set for the development of the facility, which will be certified according to BREEAM Excellent and achieve energy class A.<\/p>\n

Through this acquisition, South Bay continues to expand its portfolio of modern and sustainable logistics properties in strategic locations across the Nordic region.<\/p>\n

South Bay is a newly established real estate investor with a focus on modern and sustainable logistics properties, founded by former Nrep founder Rickard Svensson Dahlberg.<\/p>\n
