Real Advokatbyr\u00e5 advised Nrep on the acquisition of properties Sundbyberg 15, 21, and 22, a rental project in Hallonbergen, Sundbyberg. The properties were acquired from a joint venture owned by Reliwe and Derome, who, together with HMB, will be responsible for developing the project. Upon completion, 308 rental apartments will have been constructed, with a total leasable area of approximately 13,900 square metres and an environmental certification of ‘Milj\u00f6byggnad Silver’. The properties, located in the emerging Umami Park, are expected to be completed by 2027.<\/p>\n
