The property, strategically located in Norra Hamnen in Malm\u00f6, offers intermodal connections in the heart of the \u00d6resund region. MG Real Estate has developed a state-of-the-art logistics property that meets energy class A and is certified according to BREEAM Very Good, which will be further developed with solar cells in 2025. The acquisition is in line with South Bay&#8217;s strategy to acquire and further develop modern and sustainable logistics properties in strategic locations in the Nordic region.<\/p>\n<p>South Bay is a newly established real estate investor with a focus on modern and sustainable logistics properties. South Bay&#8217;s founders, led by former Nrep founder Rickard Svensson Dahlberg as CEO and partner, have worked together for a long time and have a long and strong experience in the Nordic real
