The properties are fully let to tenants such as Ramirent, Dahl, Ramudden, Renta, Elajo och Wurth.<\/p>\n<p>Emilshus is a real estate company that, based on Sm\u00e5land&#8217;s corporate culture, acquires, develops and manages high\u2011yielding commercial properties with south of Sweden as its core market. As of 30 September 2023, the company&#8217;s property portfolio amounted to approximately 794,000 sq m of lettable area distributed among 127 properties with an emphasis on light industry, industrial service\/professional trade and external and grocery trade.
