A warehouse is being constructed on the property, which is expected to be completed by the end of April 2024 with a total area of approximately 71,600 sqm. A building right of approximately 27,000 sqm is also located on the property. The logistics company Logent \u2013 which operates the warehouse on behalf of Beijer Byggmaterial \u2013 will be the tenant on the property.<\/p>\n<p>Logicenters, part of NREP, is a leading provider of modern logistics properties with a presence in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Poland and Germany and nearly two million square meters of logistics space.
