The property has a lettable area of 4,716 square meters and is fully let to Ahlberg\u2011Dollarstore. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 5.7 million and the remaining term of the lease agreement is just over six years.<\/p>\n<p>Emilshus is a real estate company that, based on Sm\u00e5land&#8217;s corporate culture, acquires, develops and manages high\u2011yielding commercial properties with Sm\u00e5land as its core market. As of December 31, 2022, the company&#8217;s property portfolio amounted to approximately 786,100 sq m of lettable area distributed among 125 properties with an emphasis on light industry, industrial service\/professional trade and external and grocery trade. Emilshus\u2019 ordinary shares and preferred shares have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since June 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partner Daniel J\u00f6nsson along with
