The properties are located in Stockholm and Uppsala and the area comprises of approximately 70,818 sqm land. On the property there are buildings consisting of 33,864 sqm of lettable area which are leased to Volvo Cars. The underlaying property value amounts to circa SEK 1.2 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Nordisk Renting was founded in 1986 in Sweden. The business has since expanded geographically. Today, the focus is on Sweden and Finland, but they also work actively in Norway. Nordisk Renting is a property-owning company that creates tailored, long-term customer solutions. The company had Nordea as its main owner until 2003, when the major British bank RBS acquired the business. Today, Nordisk Renting is part of the NatWest group (formerly RBS Group).<\/p>\n<p>The firm&#8217;s team consisted primarily of Partner Daniel J\u00f6nsson and Associate Simon Gille-Johnson, Linnea
