Real advised Nyfosa in the acquisition of eight industrial properties located in Kalmar from SBB for a purchase price of SEK 340 million, before a deduction of deferred tax of SEK 20 million. The properties have a lettable area of approximately 36,000 square meters and the largest tenants consist of Prestando Kalmar, Halltorp R\u00f6rdelar and Kalmar Municipality. The transaction was completed during the third quarter of 2022.<\/p>\n
