The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 12,500 sqm and constitutes two school properties in central Helsingborg and a health centre in Berga Industriomr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n<p>Bohild was launched in 2021 by Brunswick Real Estate with L\u00e4nsf\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar as a co-investor to invest in Swedish growth cities, with a focus on housing and community service properties. Bohild is a long-term owner with a high ambition to reduce the properties&#8217; CO2 footprint through a large selection of energy-improving measures.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily
