The total agreed property value amounts to SEK 740 million. The transaction was finalized during the second quarter of 2021. Aquaticus is a company which is managed by Arctic Securities.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00f6fj\u00e4rden 3 comprises an office building constructed by Skanska in year 2003. Since its completion, the property has been let to Xylem Group. The property has a total lettable area of 17,296 sqm.<\/p>\n<p>Arctic Securities is an independent Norwegian investment bank specializing in obligations and stock brokerage, Corporate Finance, analysis, asset management and direct investments. Arctic Securities has since the start in 2007 become one of the leading advisors on the Nordic real estate and capital market. Arctic Securities today manage properties in the Nordic region for approximately EUR 3 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted of Partner Mikael Laag, Senior Associate Carl Svensson and
