The elderly home will comprise of approximately 60 apartments and 4,125 sqm rentable area divided in three stories. The transaction was completed during Q2 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Altura, part of NREP, owns, manages and develops community service facilities with a primary focus on elderly homes in the Nordic region. The properties are adapted for both end users and care operators with the latest technology and sustainable materials in order to reduce the environmental impact without sacrificing comfort. Altura develops long-term and will be the obvious partner for both public and private care operators. Currently, about twenty elderly homes are being developed in Sweden and Denmark.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partners Mikael Laag, and Associate Johan Asklund.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
