The purchase price for the properties amounted to a total of approximately SEK 130,000,000. The transaction was completed during Q4 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Hems\u00f6 commenced operations in 2009 when the company acquired its first properties and is now considered as one of Sweden\u2019s leading companies in properties for public use. The business is focused on owning, managing and developing properties for nursing homes, education, care facilities and premises for the legal sector. Hems\u00f6 owns properties in Sweden, Germany and Finland.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partner Daniel J\u00f6nsson and Associates Robin Skoglund and Linnea
