The property is located in the city centre of V\u00e4ster\u00e5s and comprise tenants such as Nordea, V\u00e4ster\u00e5s stad, the Swedish Land Survey Office and the Swedish Public Employment Service. The divestment was structured as a sale of the property-owning company with the agreed property value of SEK 194,000,000.<\/p>\n<p>Paulson Gruppen AB is a privately owned corporate group which owns and manage properties. The majority of the corporate group\u00b4s real estate portfolio is located in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s and Stockholm.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted of Partner Daniel J\u00f6nsson and Associate
