The Project consists of seven buildings and 108 apartments in total. The buildings will be constructed with a framework of wood and the project is estimated to be completed during Q3 2021.<\/p>\n<p>NREP, founded in 2005, is a leading Nordic real estate investment firm focused on defensive value-add investment strategies in select segments of the Nordic market. NREP has several times been ranked as the most consistently outperforming real estate investment manager worldwide. NREP has raised 13 funds and manages more than 2,5 million square meters in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. Today NREP has circa 250 employees. Its investors include some of the world\u2019s largest pension funds, insurance companies and wealth managers, who in turn safeguard the future and assets of millions of pensioners and benefit
