Nordic Choice Hotel will continue to operate the hotel business on the property. The transaction was completed during Q3 2020 and is the largest hotel transaction in Sweden since 2015.<\/p>\n<p>NREP, founded in 2005, is a leading Nordic real estate investment firm focused on defensive value-add investment strategies in select segments of the Nordic market. NREP has several times been ranked as the most consistently outperforming real estate investment manager worldwide. NREP has raised 13 funds and manages more than 2,5 million square meters in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. Today NREP has circa 250 employees. Its investors include some of the world\u2019s largest pension funds, insurance companies and wealth managers, who in turn safeguard the future and assets of millions of pensioners and benefit
