The transaction was completed in Q2 2019.<\/p>\n<p>PIHR is a leading Swedish HR Tech and consultancy company which makes the global workplace more equal through technology and top of the line advisory services. PIHR\u2019s software for equal- and gender pay is used in more than 40 countries and more than 40% of Swedish large cap companies are customers.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of
