In total the properties comprise 5,902 sqm lettable area and consist of a mix of premises for offices, warehouses, health care and housing. The property Manfred 6 comprise 4,300 sqm, of which half are divested as offices, and the property Ringborren 13 comprise 1,600 sqm divested as offices. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 116,000,000.<\/p>\n<p>The corporate group Imperia Fastigheter acquire, manage and develop real property located in the growth regions in Sweden and the majority of the corporate group\u00b4s real estate portfolio is located in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partner\u00a0Daniel J\u00f6nsson and Associates Carl
