Real advised NREP with the acquisition of a portfolio consisting of four community centres in Greater Stockholm from Tristan Capital Partners. The portfolio includes Viksj\u00f6 Centrum, Eker\u00f6 Centrum, N\u00e4sby Park Centrum and Rondellen in Upplands V\u00e4sby. The transaction was completed during Q1 2020.<\/p>\n
