Hems\u00f6\u2019s part of the total investment of the project amounts to approximately MSEK 480. The new police station, which will contain approximately 240 new workplaces, is estimated to be completed during Q2 2020 and has been let to the Swedish Police Authority under a 15-year long lease agreement. The total investment of the project amounts to approximately MSEK 650.<\/p>\n<p>Hems\u00f6 commenced operations in 2009 when Kungsleden&#8217;s public portfolio was consolidated in a separate company and is now considered as one of Sweden\u2019s leading companies in properties for public use. The business is focused on owning, managing and developing properties for nursing homes, education, care facilities and premises for the legal sector. Hems\u00f6 owns properties in Sweden, Germany and Finland of a value of approximately BSEK 50.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partner Daniel J\u00f6nsson and Associates
