The total value of this acquisition was approximately SEK 103,000,000. The acquisition is part of a larger cooperation that Hemfosa has entered with Emrahus regarding acquisition of completed and leased LSS homes.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hemfosa has an unique position as the only listed property company in Sweden with the main purpose to acquire, manage and develop community properties. Hemfosa is established in Sweden, Norway and Finland.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partner Daniel J\u00f6nsson and Associates Fanny Davidsson and Robin Skoglund.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
