Nodhuset is under construction and will, when erected, beside residential premises also contain nursery homes. The residential part will be partitioned into a 3D property formation. The transaction was completed during Q3 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Hems\u00f6 commenced operations in 2009 when the company acquired its first properties and is now considered as one of Sweden\u2019s leading companies in properties for public use. The business is focused on owning, managing and developing properties for nursing homes, education, care facilities and premises for the legal sector. Hems\u00f6 has properties in Sweden, Germany and Finland.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partner Daniel J\u00f6nsson and Associates Fanny Davidsson and Bj\u00f6rn
