The transaction was completed in Q2 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Insicon is a Swedish software product company which develops and sells the business software Insicon i2i to the insurance industry. The company is growing rapidly and has some of the most renowned customers in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partner Patrik Lilieblad and Associate Mikaela
