The transaction was completed in December 2015. Payment was made in cash and securities.<\/p>\n<p>MediaMonks was established in 2001 and is a digital media production company, member of SoDA and part of the FWA Hall of Fame. Media Monks have 10 offices around the world and work with the world\u2019s leading agencies, biggest brands and innovative media and technology companies. Since the purchase of Stopp Family AB, MediaMonks can be considered to be the number onemedia production company with 97 Cannes Lions and 168 Favourite Website Awards.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partners Patrik Lilieblad and Associates Johan Wrisemo and Frida Lindberg.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained
