The total value of the transaction was approximately SEK 1 billion. The transaction was completed during Q1 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Hems\u00f6 commenced operations in 2009 when the company acquired its first properties and is now considered as one of Sweden\u2019s leading companies in properties for public use. The business is focused on owning, managing and developing properties for nursing homes, education, care facilities and premises for the legal sector. Hems\u00f6 has properties in Sweden, Germany and Finland.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partner Daniel J\u00f6nsson and Associates Carl Svensson and Fanny
