The total purchase price for the properties amounted to approximately SEK 100 million. In connection with the acquisition of the five properties, Hems\u00f6 also received a land designation from the municipality of Lule\u00e5 regarding the construction of a retirement home. The investment amount regarding the retirement home development project amounts to approximately SEK 270 million. The transaction was completed in April 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Hems\u00f6 commenced operations in 2009 when the company acquired its first properties for public use. Hems\u00f6 is Sweden\u2019s leading private owner of properties for public use. The business is focused on owning, managing and developing properties for nursing homes, education, care facilities and premises for the legal sector.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily
