Real advised NREP in the formation of a joint venture with TAM Group AB following NREP investment in Brunna Retail Park, Upplands-Bro, Stockholm. The transaction was completed during June 2015.<\/p>\n

NREP, founded in 2005, is a private equity firm operating in real estate and real estate anchored business. NREP is ranked as one of the most consistently outperforming PERE managers worldwide. Full teams and offices were set up from inception in Denmark, Sweden and Finland, and the first fund was launched in 2006. Since then the company has raised a total of 10 funds and established a team in Norway. Today NREP is a team of more than 100 professionals \u2013 of whom 56 are transaction or asset management professionals. The firm is still fully owned and managed by its Partners, which has grown from the original three to a broad strong team of twelve. Their investors include some of the world\u2019s largest pension funds, insurance companies and wealth managers, who in turn safeguard the future and assets of millions of pensioners and benefit holders.<\/p>\n

The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partner Patrik Lilieblad and Associate Emelie Norberg Kling.<\/p>\n\n\n
