The property value was over SEK 1 billion. The transactions were completed during Q1 2017.<\/p>\n<p>BroGripen is a private real estate group established in 1994. The group owns and manages residential properties all over the country.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s team consisted primarily of Partner Mikael Laag and Associates Anthony Bitar, Timmo \u00d6hman and
