The European Parliament and the EU Commission, through representation in Sweden, have entered into a ten-year long lease agreement with Vasakronan to strengthen their presence in Sweden. The lease agreement is a so-called green lease agreement (Sw. grönt hyresavtal) and encompasses office premises totalling approximately 1,400 sqm which are located at Vasagatan, Norrmalm. The date of possession is planned for the third quarter of 2024.
