Real has advised Nrep in connection with a joint venture between Nrep and the family business Åke Sundvall. Through the collaboration, the parties will develop attractive and sustainable housing and elderly homes in some of Stockholm’s most sought-after areas. The first project that the parties are jointly launching is a retirement home in Råcksta, which is planned to start construction in 2026.
Åke Sundvall’s local presence and development experience, combined with Nrep’s execution power, provide the parties with opportunities to expand the collaboration to meet the ever-growing need for sustainable housing solutions in the Stockholm region. High sustainability requirements are set for all projects within the framework of the collaboration to meet the partners’ high climate goals and shared ambitions.
