The Real team advised NREP in the acquisition of seven retail properties in different parts of Sweden from Coop Butiksfastigheter AB. The property value was approximately SEK 530,000,000 and the transaction was completed in November 2015.
NREP, founded in 2005, is a private equity firm operating in real estate and real estate anchored business. NREP is ranked as one of the most consistently outperforming PERE managers worldwide.
