Real advised NREP in the acquisition of the property Piperska Muren 2 in Stockholm, that houses Clarion Hotel Amaranten, from Petter Stordalen’s real estate company Strawberry Forever. Nordic Choice Hotel will continue to operate the hotel business on the property. The transaction was completed during Q3 2020 and is the largest hotel transaction in Sweden since 2015.
