Real advised NREP in the sale of a project regarding residential premises in Tumba, jointly owned by NREP and SHH Bostad to Trenum (a joint venture between Balder and Tredje AB-fonden). The project comprised of 127 apartments of approximately 5,100 sqm in total. The transaction was completed during Q2 2018.
