Real Advokatbyrå acted as advisor when Nordisk Renting entered into an agreement to purchase a property in Västerås. The property comprises an area of approximately 58,241 sqm land. On the property there are buildings consisting of 26,500 sqm lettable area which houses production operations and offices for ABB Motion. The underlaying property value amounts to circa SEK 300 million.
Nordisk Renting was founded in 1986 in Sweden. The business has since expanded geographically. Today, the focus is on Sweden and Finland, but they also work actively in Norway. Nordisk Renting is a property-owning company that creates tailored, long-term customer solutions. The company had Nordea as its main owner until 2003, when the major British bank RBS acquired the business. Today, Nordisk Renting is part of the NatWest group (formerly RBS Group).
