Real advised Luleälven Fastigheter on the acquisition of the office property Least2 in Luleå from Skanska

The office building, located on Östermalm in central Luleå, has a gross area of approximately 6,570 sqm spread over six floors, and is fully leased to the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, AFRY and Norrbotten Municipalities. Least2 is described as Skanska’s most sustainable in-house developed office project in northern Sweden, with net zero energy use. The building is certified according to LEED Gold. Throughout the construction process, high sustainability requirements have been set for all materials, and no construction waste has come to waste. The centrally located property offers proximity to public transportation connections and good opportunities for both bicycle parking and car parking with charging opportunities. Through the acquisition of Least2, Luleälven expands its portfolio of sustainable properties with strong tenants who share Luleälven’s visions and values.
