Real advised Logicenters in Logicenters collaboration with Kilenkrysset regarding the development of a 120,000 sqm site in Staffanstorp. Logicenters has the opportunity to build up to 60,000 sqm and the initial plans are to develop a logistics facility with approximately 24,000 sqm of leaseable area. The site is located in Kronoslätt’s Logistics Park and in the past, companies such as Bring Frigo, Kuehne + Nagel and Microsoft have chosen to establish themselves in the business park. The transaction was completed during Q1 2020.
