Real Advokatbyrå advised Logicenters on the acquisition of 82,818 sqm of unexploited land in Hyllinge, just over ten kilometres outside of central Åstorp. The property is strategically located in close proximity to both E4 and E6. Logicenters intends to develop the area and build a logistics building of approximately 36,000 square metres adapted for Frigoscandia AB. Frigoscandia is the Nordic region’s leading player in temperature-controlled food logistics. The facility is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2024 and will be specially adapted for the storage of food in several temperature zones. The new facility in Hyllinge will be Frigoscandia’s largest, handling and storing food and being a hub for import and export volumes.
