Real advised Imperia Fastigheter AB in the acquisition of the properties Manfred 6 and Ringborren 13 in the municipality of Västerås from Klövern AB (publ). In total the properties comprise 5,902 sqm lettable area and consist of a mix of premises for offices, warehouses, health care and housing. The property Manfred 6 comprise 4,300 sqm, of which half are divested as offices, and the property Ringborren 13 comprise 1,600 sqm divested as offices. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 116,000,000.
