Real advised Hemsö Fastighets AB in the acquisition of four properties in Ystad from Ystads Industrifastigheter AB, a company wholly owned by the municipality of Ystad. The purchase price for the properties amounted to a total of approximately SEK 130,000,000. The transaction was completed during Q4 2020.
Hemsö commenced operations in 2009 when the company acquired its first properties and is now considered as one of Sweden’s leading companies in properties for public use. The business is focused on owning, managing and developing properties for nursing homes, education, care facilities and premises for the legal sector. Hemsö owns properties in Sweden, Germany and Finland.
The firm’s team consisted primarily of Partner Daniel Jönsson and Associates Robin Skoglund and Linnea Thörnvik.
